The monthly website price reduces automatically to the lower ongoing-care rate. We continue hosting and maintaining the site for as long as you want us to. The initial build period does not restart.
Domain registration and renewal are billed separately at cost because the domain belongs to your business. If you already own a domain, we can normally use it instead of buying another one.
Yes. If you need email such as you@yourcompany.co.uk, Liugo can set up Microsoft 365, connect the domain and configure the required DNS. Microsoft 365 licences are billed separately at the current licence price.
Yes. All plans include technical care, and the Business plan includes occasional small content changes. Website Partner is designed for businesses that want regular updates, project additions, new landing pages and ongoing development. Unlimited routine updates are subject to fair use.
It means normal content changes such as text, images, staff details, completed projects, service updates and routine landing-page changes without counting every small edit. Large new systems, ecommerce, custom applications, major redesigns or complex integrations are separate projects.
Not by default. We prefer a modern, lightweight approach with fewer plugins and fewer moving parts. The exact technology depends on the project, but the goal is always the same: fast, secure, portable and easy to maintain.

No company can guarantee rankings, but the site will be built so search systems can understand it properly.
