If a Liugo engineer has asked you to start a remote support session, download our support tool below and run it on your Windows computer.

Only download and run this tool when requested by Liugo.

What to do

  1. 01Click Download Liugo Remote Support above.
  2. 02Open LiugoRemote.exe from your Downloads folder and follow the on-screen prompt.
  3. 03Keep the window open while your Liugo engineer connects. You remain in control and can end the session at any time.
If Windows displays a security message or you are unsure whether the request is genuine, stop and call Liugo on 01733 806101 before continuing.
